Let’s go on a date.

These were my husband’s words as we climbed into bed at 10:30 last night after he had worked a 10 hour day, I had worked half that at my paying job and almost that much at home, and it was too hot to get within 10 feet of him.  A date is money spent and leaving the kids at home, seeing people out there I don’t want to see and eating food that will probably hurt me in the end.  Besides, he just started tiling my bathroom in his free time and I’m looking forward to the end of the Walk of Shame.

I turned to him and said “I suppose you want to cuddle too.”

Yeah, I’m just super awesome.
